Kier have awarded LEEHILL a £2.4m subcontract Groundworks and 278 Highway Works package on the new Princes Gate Retail Development at Catterick Garrison, North Yorkshire.
The contract includes twenty units comprising of a new cinema, Premier Inn, restaurant, KFC and retail outlets.
As one of Kier’s preferred contractors, LEEHILL are delighted to be working with kier on this prestigious development which is due to be completed in June 2015.
